Many roles have an element of repetition whether that's clicking a mouse, walking, loading a machine or lifting repeatedly and everyone's body adapts differently to the frequency we carry out these activities over time.
Unfortunately the body cannot always adapt well to these movements, which can lead to repetitive strain issues where the tendons, muscles, ligaments and joints can be over or underloaded, ultimately leading to pain and dysfunction. ​
